03 - 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese

07 - 1/2 cup halved cherry tomatoes

10 - 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme

11 - 1 tablespoon olive oil

# Directions:

01 - Set oven to 375°F (190°C) and allow it to fully preheat.
02 - Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Add diced onion and cook for 3 minutes until translucent.
03 - Incorporate diced ham into the skillet and cook for 2 minutes. Stir in the chopped spinach and halved cherry tomatoes, cooking until the spinach wilts, about 1 minute.
04 - Whisk eggs, milk, salt, black pepper, and dried thyme in a mixing bowl. Fold in half the shredded Swiss cheese.
05 - Evenly pour the egg mixture over the ham and vegetables in the skillet. Sprinkle the remaining Swiss cheese across the top.
06 - Cook on the stovetop for 2 to 3 minutes until the edges begin to set.
07 - Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until puffed and the center is fully set.
08 - Remove skillet from oven. Allow to cool briefly, then cut into pieces and serve warm or at room temperature.
